Information You Choose to Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered by a visitor to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not retain a separate copy of those searches on our servers. When someone contacts us, we receive the details placed in that message and use them to answer the inquiry.
Information Collected by the Site
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
How Visitor Data Is Used
Limited visitor data helps us operate the site, diagnose faults, measure overall traffic, and improve the reference pages. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual profiles from site use.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Suisun City, Solano County, California agencies, courts, libraries, and outside search providers. Each destination controls its own privacy terms and data practices. Information entered into GovQA, a county portal, or a sponsored search tool is governed by that service rather than this policy.
Parties That May Process Data
Hosting and support providers process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We may also disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit to the site. Server logs are kept only for as long as the stated operational purposes require. Since visitors do not open accounts, this site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal data so that we can remove it.
California Privacy Choices
Depending on the relationship and applicable law, California residents may have rights to know about, correct, or delete certain personal data and to opt out of covered data practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because we retain little visitor data, a request will usually involve checking contact messages and available logs. Use the Contact page to submit one.
The California Privacy Protection Agency maintains the Data Broker Registry and the Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, known as DROP. DROP is available in 2026, and registered data brokers begin processing deletion requests through it on August 1, 2026. These commercial privacy tools do not erase government records. Suisun City, Solano County, and California agency files remain subject to the California Public Records Act, Government Code section 7920.000 et seq., and record-specific confidentiality laws.

A revised version will be posted here when this policy changes. Using the site after an update means the new policy applies to continued use.
